Are you using a learning management system (LMS)? If you want to capture quiz or survey data, you'll want to host the project on a LMS. Then, Storyline sends this data to the LMS when the learner reaches the results slide.
If you don't have a LMS, have you considered using another survey tool that can be embedded in Storyline?

Yes, we do have a LMS called Compass, it has been designed for our business.
Where do I setup so that the results are sent through?
