hey guys, i am designing a statistics course and i am using greek letters like alpha and sigma... i noticed that all of these symbols are missing in my course (i import from ppt) then i realized that once i switch the font to articulate light they disappear because they are not supported in this font.
i submitted a case, but thought of posting here for the benefit of other users who might be doing something similar. now i have to go through my entire course again and make sure my formulas are correct (though i am sure a lot of them are missing symbols!)
Thanks for letting us know what's happening–so sorry those symbols are acting wonky after import. While most PowerPoint features are supported in Storyline, some aren't–more details here! Greek symbols should not be affected, so we're here to lend a hand!
I saw that you're working with Ronaziel on our Support Team to see if we could isolate the cause of this behavior. Would you be able to share your PPT file with her, so we can try to replicate the issue? Here's the unique upload link from your case.

Not all fonts support all symbols, it would be simpler to use a different font, the Articulate font is not a great font to use.
