Tabbing issues with multiple choice questions using JAWS

I'm using the JAWS 16 with Internet Explorer 11 and the latest version of Storyline 2. JAWS is tabbing multiple choice questions out of order. Here's what's happening: When I open a multiple choice question and start tabbing the first item it reads is answer 2, then the question, then answer 1, then answer 2 again, then answer 3, then answer 4 and finally the submit button. I've created several quizzes with the same result. I also turned off shuffle for the answers.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Hi, Terry -- Many thanks for your reply, and for the screen recording of the behavior you are experiencing in addition to your file. At this point, I feel it would be best for our Support Engineers to take a closer look for you, so I will be submitting a case on your behalf momentarily. You will be hearing from a member of the Support Staff via the email address we have on file for you as soon as they have had a chance to review your case. Your patience is appreciated! :)

Hi Matthew,

I checked in on Terry's case and I don't see that it was something that our team was able to replicate as described. They published the course and uploaded to share with Terry and I don't see any additional notification from Terry as to how that version behaved. Perhaps you'll want to message him directly using the "contact me" button on his profile to see what the final outcome or resolution was?

Also I see you posted a new thread as well, so we'll be certain to take a look at that - but if you'd also like to work with our Support Engineers you're welcome to do and can message them here.

Hi Matthew,
The Articulate team put in a lot of time working with me on this but unfortunately they were unable to duplicate the problem. I asked some other developers I know test the course and they also found no issues so I determined is was something was unique to my setup. So far I haven't had any problems with any new courses I've developed.
