Tabs and arrows not working in Player's Menu

I can tab to my Menu (for 508), but once it is open I can neither tab nor use the arrow keys to make a selection. If it makes any difference, my Menu is on the upper right of the screen. How do I fix it?

Hi there, Joanne.  Thanks for reaching out - accessibility is important to us.  You should be able to tab to the Menu in your player and use the space bar to activate it.  If you tab again, you should see the menu highlighted.  At that point, the arrow keys should work to select your slides.
