Tabs content in sidebar on iPad appearing incorrectly

We publish storyline files with 3 tabs in the left sidebar: menu, glossary and notes (which we changed to CC). On the computer the tabs behave normally, showing the approrpiate content, as seen below:

However, on the iPad, within Safari, the contents of the tabs do not appear as they should. The contents of the menu tab appears above the contents of the glossary tab and above the contents of the CC tab, requiring the user to scroll down within each tab to see the actual contents of that tab:

This error occurs across all the files we have uploaded and tried on the iPad.

Any ideas how to fix it?
