Talking head simulation - has anyone done this?

Has anyone created a Talking Head animation, similar to a newscast? In either Storyline or Presenter?

If so, was it created entirely within Storyline or were outside programs used?

Here is one test I did a while ago with a service called Voki: http://dev.keypointlearn.com/xcl71_SL/Voki/story.html And here is one example of a fully animated character (created in CodeBaby): http://dev.keypointlearn.com/xcl71_SL/CapInSL/story.html. Hope that gives you some ideas.

For short animated videos with limited characters, you might also want to look at the iOS or Android app Tellagami.

I like Crazy Talk. It gives you tremendous control and you can work from any image. I like using historical images.
