Template Interaction not working for all users

Good afternoon,

I used the template found here: https://community.articulate.com/download/storyline-2-page-turn-interaction-template?page=1#comment-19439

It is a wonderful template and provided a good look for the presentation.  However, some of our users are having trouble with the triggers.   The page does not turn when it's clicked.

Quick Question: Does this require a certain type of Flash player in order to work?   Has anyone run into an issue like this before?
