Template with a pre- and post-test

Hi,

I'm looking for a template which will allow me to:

Provide a few slides of review

Take a test

If they score 100% on the test, they’re done.

If not, they are required to work through the rest of the content and then take a final test.

They have to pass the final test with 100%, or they have to retake until they get 100%.

Is there anything like this that has already been built? If so, can you point me to it?
