And just to clarify, Tempshare is just a testing site and content is removed after 10 days. So there isn't a way to track whose seen it, commented, or anything else similar.
Hopefully others in the community are able to share other ideas on ways in which they've shared content with SMEs for review purposes.
You may want to check out ReviewLink. ReviewLink was originally built and offered only for Lectora developers, but recently released a standalone version that supports Storyline and Captivate courses for review. Your SME's can submit comments that you can track and review.
