Text animation issues

I am using Storyline 3 and am currently experiencing a new issue. I have audio on my slides and when I animation the text to appear at certain points, not all of the text is appearing. Attachment shows pictures of what is happening on one of the slides, but the issue appears to be impacting all slides in the course.

I've tried recreating this problem in Storyline 3, but no luck so far. Could you tell me more about how you created this slide?

  • What animation did you use?
  • Are the bullets set to animate "as one object" or "by paragraph"?
  • Are the bullets in one text box or in separate text boxes?

If you don't mind sharing this file with me, I'd love to take a peek under the hood!
