Text appearing zoomed in

Hi,

We have found an issue where text in the title and body appears to be zoomed in on a particular device we are using which is a touchscreen Dell. When switching the browser zoom from 100 % to 80 % everything appears normal again. Please note this product has been converted from Storyline 2 to 360. We have found a workaround which is to create a slide and copy and paste the information back onto the slide. Please find attached 3 screenshots at different zoom resolutions and the story file.

Hi Issa!

It sounds like you tested your published course on a touchscreen Dell device, is that correct? Can you tell me a little more about your testing?

Is the published content hosted on a web server, a LMS, or somewhere else?
What web browser were you using for testing?
Have you had a chance to test it on other devices to see if it behaves the same way there?

Hi Alyssa,

We hosted this on our LMS, the browser used was Google Chrome. We tested it on a number of devices and the touchscreen laptops displayed the content in the zoomed in format but my pc displayed the content fine. We've re-built the slides and that has fixed the issue.
