Text boxes are empty after translation

Dear Technical Team,

could you please help me in the below issue:

i'm using articulate Storyline 2 and after importing translated XLIFF file (in arabic language) i got empty text boxes for the whole project as below , please let me know how to handle the issue?

Yikes, that doesn't look right! A few questions to help us get to the bottom of this:

  • Does the same problem happen with the Word document translation?
  • Would you mind sending in your .story and .xliff file for testing by using this private upload link? Our Engineers will let you know their findings, and delete both files after troubleshooting.
