Hi Abdelkader! That shouldn't be happening. Would you be able to share your course with us so we can have a closer look at your fonts and settings? We'll delete your files when we're done troubleshooting.
the text box default state could be set to hidden, or the text font colour is the same as the background?
Another possibility is, that the text box was added when editing a state of an object (image/shape or textbox). In that case, you need to edit the state and then select the textbox. - I'm just guessing, having the file would help us help you :)
