Hi, I want to add a text entry slide where a phone number (ex. 123456789) is the only variable to be accepted before going to the next slide however, when I tried to put two incorrect attempts, the slide doesn't tell me that putting 123456789 is the correct answer before proceeding and after two attempts, it stops accepting new text entries. How do we go about this?

What do you want to happen after the two incorrect attempts?
If you want to show the correct response, you can either add it to the feedback:
Or you can add a Review button to your results slide that will show the correct answer:
