text entry does not work on second attempt in a try mode simulation

I've created a try mode step video simulation for a tool. This simulation has a lot of text entry. I wanted to test multiple attempts for text entry. For example - the first step in the process is the 'claim name' and the next is date, and then the business purpose etc. But once I have entered the text for the claim name and when I go back to that slide - it does not allow me to enter text and neither does the submit button takes it forward to the next step. So I'm stuck. The simulation works the first time but when I try to re-do the steps again - I'm stuck at all the text entry steps. Is there a variable or trigger that I have missed to add?

Current triggers on this slide:

1. Submit text entry interaction when user clicks 'submit'

2. Set text entry to typed value when text entry loses focus

Any help would be appreciated.
