Text Entry not centering.

Hello fellow designers! I have been stumped! I am using text entry for a time card module. The learners can type in the amount of hours they worked that day. Sometimes when previewing, the text doesn't line up correctly. It is not centered in the box. The problem is sometimes it works fine. I haven't changed or moved any of the boxes. Has this happened to anyone before? Any advice?
