My course has a text entry field for the learner's name on the first slide. No problems on desktop. I tested it on an iPad and mobile (both iPhone and android) and no such luck. The user can enter their name but then it is blank in all of the variable reference points. Any tips? Thank you.
I'm happy to help! We have an open bug where Text Entry fields will not set if the trigger, Jump to Slide, is attached to a shape when viewed on iPad/iOS/Android devices. Instead, we recommend using a button instead of a shape.
