Data Entry post - strange error

Hi there - ran into something really strange.

I created a Data Entry test field - i'm inserting instructions - so replacing, "type your text here".

When I change the text and publish - the field is blank; however, the other data entry fields I've changed appear to be fine...

Here's an example - if i have the Data entry field text say "First Name:" - everything works fine. When I change that text though, appears blank on publish.

Anyone else run into this funny error?

When I align the text in the middle it won't publish correctly, but if i put left align text....works...

But only for this particular data entry box - the rest are fine...strange.

I've had issues with that too, so I've opted to have a text box above the text entry field that tells what I'm looking for...

Also, did you know you can use Javascript to get the current date (except for iPad)?
