When I edit the text in the field Post-quiz review and switch from Form View to Slide View and back the text I entered in the Post-quiz review field gets lost.
In the Result Slide Properties I selected Allow user to review quiz and Show correct/incorrect responses when reviewing.
Sorry that's happening, I definitely wouldn't expect text to disappear like that!
I did a quick test and wasn't able to reproduce what you're describing, so I'll need a little help. I have a couple questions to start:
Are you using Articulate 360? If so, can you record a quick Peek video of this behavior so I can see first-hand? You can attach the mp4 right to a comment here or share the Review link for it.
Does this behavior happen with any file in Storyline? Or is it happening only in one particular file?
Thanks Chris! Perfect move submitting a case. It's been escalated and one of our Support Engineers will be reaching out to you soon to troubleshoot this further.
I checked in on your case and I wanted to pop in with an update for anyone that may find it useful.
It looks like my colleague Ryan saw the same issue in your file but couldn't reproduce it in a new one. He then imported your slides into a new file and it appears to have resolved the problem. Thanks for working with us on this!
I hope the new version he sent worked out for you. Please let us know if you run into any other hiccups!
No problem Chris, and just an fyi, it looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email! No worries, this Peek video will show you how to remove it if you'd like using the Edit Button.

Hi Ali,
Thanks for your response. I do not have 360 on this worskstation. The problem seems to be project specific. I will sent it to support.

Hi Ashley,
Importing the slides into a new project seems to solve the problem.
Happy to hear that Chris, and thanks for the update!
