Text not displaying, 'activate windows'

Hi all, we've received an email from a learner who, when viewing a published Storyline module cannot see certain paragraphs of text.

We've tried to locate the issue from our side but cannot replicate it. I have however noticed that she has a prompt to ask her to install Windows, not sure what's going on at her end - but could this have something to do with it?

Do you happen to know which browser your learner is using? That can help determine what the best next steps should be. Since the text is missing on the learner's side, they may need to adjust some settings on their web browser.
