Text outside of designated space

Has anyone experienced text not showing inside a prescribed space when lightboxed? These examples are text boxes over the callout and not in the callout. When I preview the page everything is fine but when I preview as a lightbox in the scene the text jumps the bounds. Any suggestions? It's strange because it doesn't happen on all of them. I'm working in SL3. THANKS!!!

    Thanks so much Lauren. I tried the link and it took me to sales and success and then to an email and then it wouldn't connect properly :(. I found some email from previous issues and have used the support@articulate.com  address. I hope that is okay.
