Text Rendering Differently Between Computers

I created a course in Storyline 3. When I sent it to our LMS Admin for publication, she found that the text was no longer spaced correctly. The first attachment is how a slide looks on my computer, and the second is how it looks on her computer.
Here's what we already know from testing:
- The font and font size (12pt) are the same on both of our computers. All needed fonts have been downloaded and installed correctly.
- We are both using the most recent version of Storyline 3.
- We are using different operating systems (Window 10 vs Windows 7), but this problem has been recreated on another coworker's computer using the same operating system (Windows 10).
I'd appreciate any insight.

Worth checking the dpi settings first; should be set to 96. Also see this please.
Hi Seth,
Thank you for your input! We've checked the DPI and it is set to 96 for both our computers. I also checked out the link - this seems to be a different issue than we're having. This issue is occuring when we open the file in Storyline, not when we publish it. Any other ideas? :)
Beth,
Try turning on/off Modern Text in the Design > Fonts dropdown please.
