I've been currently working on a HP computer that has 16 GB RAM and articulate regularly crashes and the files corrupt.
It would be great for some experienced elearning creators to give some advise on what type of computers you use, how big is your RAM and any other valuable information that you could include would be really appreciated.
I wouldn't expect Storyline 360 to keep crashing if you're meeting the other minimum system requirements here.
If you do meet those requirements and Storyline continues to crash, reach out to our Support Team. They're available to help 24/7 and can help pull some error logs which would explain it.
