The closed captions editor failed to start

This is the message I get when I try to add closed captions to my storyline. What can I do to make this work?

Hello Paula, 

Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag! Are you able to replicate the behavior using any closed captions file? If the issue is specific to one closed captions file, try recreating it to see if this helps. If all closed caption files are affected, the first thing I'd recommend is doing a repair of your Storyline 360 installation and making sure that you're working locally when making changes to your course.
