I require the assistance of eyes better than mine to help determine why the attached two-page Storyline file works as expected in Preview ( I click Next on page 1, I go to page 2; I click Prev on page 2, I go to page 1), but in Review 360 the same buttons don't seem to work at all.

I was about to tell you to contact support. But then I published a version with the Menu available—and saw that it only included the first slide.
That's why the NEXT button didn't work in Review 360. There was nowhere for it to go. The Publish settings only indicate to include the first slide.
Publish with all the slides, and that should solve the problem.
Was about to say the same thing.
This is a good one to stage for troubleshooting courses. :)
