In storyline I have added both a document and a url as resources that I would like to be available throughout the presentation. When I "preview" the training after clicking the "publish" button, these resources appear as intended.
However, when I post them to my LMS, this is not the case. Is there a different way I need to save these items so that they remain attached to the zipped file and will work when uploaded in my LMS?
Are the resources not opening in your LMS environment, or are they not appearing as part of your project at all? Also, how are you viewing the course? Thanks!
Can you try deleting the content from your LMS & then re-uploading it again? It sounds like there might be a caching issue that is loading the wrong version of the file in your LMS.
If you continue to have problems, please submit a support case & include the following:
1. A copy of your .story file
2. The .zip that you're uploading to your LMS
3. The name & version of the LMS that you're using

The resources are not appearing at all when the "resources" link it clicked on. The box that opens up is empty.
They appear when I preview the course when I launch the "preview" button after publishing. That launches online.
When I view it from my LMS it also launches in a new browser window. (I use Internet Explorer).
