I keep getting the error "There Was an Error Publishing to Review 360" when working in Storyline. The catch is it works until I add captions. I tested this when I created a file, uploaded it. Added captions then the error came up again. Also, Storyline is having issues with the caption button not showing up.
I haven't run into anything similar when adding captions and publishing to Review 360, so I'd like to have our team take a look at your .story file and test it. Are you able to share it with our Support Team?
