I have a Storyline Output Folder where the only executable files are story.html and story_flash.html.
It used to work, I could open them and run the course a few months ago, but now in every browser I've tried (Firefox, Chrome, Edge, IE) the message is: "This course cannot be played because Flash is unavailable in your browser." Flash is installed, everything is working. Is there something I can do?
Unfortunately I do not have access to the actual Storyline working files. Please tell me there is a solution!

Hi Frauke,
I would first check that your Flash player is up to date. Some browsers will disable outdated versions of Flash for security reasons.
Launching the course locally can disable Flash too. I suggest placing your course on a web server or LMS and trying to view it there.
