'This plugin is not supported.'

Hello,
We developed 6 courses with same exact settings, 2 of which displays 'This plugin is not supported.' when opened on Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) running Android 4.4.2
4 of these courses actually work on the same device. They used the Airwatch and Chrome browser but it still has errors.
And the 2 courses works on other devices, my boss tried it on Nexus running Android 5.1.1 and I tried it on an iPhone, both works without issues.
And it also runs on Chrome and Safari without flash.
We "Factory Reset" the device and installed Chrome, no other apps installed but it's still the same.
Has anyone experienced this kind of situation? Anyone knows how to resolve this? Please help!
Thanks
