Has anyone else had this issue of storyline 2 adding extra time to your timeline for no reason? I have audio in most of my slides and I made sure to drag the timeline end to where the audio ends, and saved and published, etc. But somehow I ended up with a bunch of slides still having a lot of extra time after the audio is finished. I went back to my storyline file and indeed the timelines had shifted to have more time added after the audio was over. How and why does this happen?? Please make it stop!
Are you using the latest update of Storyline, update 7? There was a fix in update 5 for an issue where aligning to cue point would extend the timeline as detailed here. This issue was fixed in regards to the cue point, but does still exist for "align to playhead". Could that be how you're seeing the timeline extend?
