TinCan & result info

I have a problem with a module published in Tincan : my LMS does not give any information back, I mean I have no result when I finish it... 

Have you any idea ?

ps: I forget to precise: this problem appears only when I am on my iPad. But for one of my client I need to run his module in iPad in Tincan.... Thank you !

Which LMS are you using? 

Have you tried testing the course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate-related or if it's on your LMS's side?

If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team.
