TinCan & result info

Hello,

I have a problem with a module published in Tincan : my LMS does not give any information back, I mean I have no result when I finish it...

Have you any idea ?

ps: I forget to precise: this problem appears only when I am on my iPad. But for one of my client I need to run his module in iPad in Tincan.... Thank you !

Hi Sebastien

Which LMS are you using?

Have you tried testing the course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate-related or if it's on your LMS's side?

If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team.

The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.

Hello Peter,

I try on SCORM Cloud, but I have the same issue : when I use the iPad Articulate Mobile Player to play the module I do not have any informations back on SCORM Cloud. So I send a message at your Support
