Title Restrictions

I'm attempting to export a scorm (ideally) with the title "Warranties & Promotions", but when I enter that I'm thrown an error. I thought it might be because of the special character, "&", so I replaced it with "and". That didn't work either. I then thought it might be too many characters, so I shortened it to "Warranties Promos". That didn't work. The only way that I was able to export it was as "WarrProm" which then displays in the player title when I place the zipped file into my LMS. This is not acceptable. Are there restrictions on length of title, characters that can be used in title, non-allowance of spaces in title? If so, what is/are they? Is there a way that I can get my preferred title of "Warranties & Promotions" (w/o the quotes) to display in the player in my LMS?

where do you publish the course
the length of the publish location path + "\" + the length of the title*
has to be shorter than 260 characters (this is a windows restriction)
* for old project the path limit is 19 chars shorter, because of " - Storyline output"
That was it! Thanks so much. I figured there was a character limit, but never in a million years would have factored the path into it. I've shortened the name of the folder where the Storyline file resides and it exported perfectly. Thanks again.
