Sometimes when you reset from content the order of slides in slide view 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 etc might be appear in the menu as 1.1, 1.3, 1.2 and you have to use the up / down arrows to put them in the correct order.
Do you want to upload the story file - might be easier to explain.
Also let us know which slide number/name is missing

its not out of order is it? So it may be appearing but not as the last slide
