We have been having issues with Cornerstone tracking the number of user attempts. A solution has been found, but it requires the learner to click on a exit button. Is there some javascript or work around to get the close browser window (X) button to also send the same call to Cornerstone as the onclick function of the custom exit button in SL?
No matter how big we make the button there will be a % of learners who will still click the close window button.
