Transfering Storyline to a new PC

Hi all,

I just got a new laptop. I have both Storyline 2 and Articulate 360 on my current laptop and need to install and transfer both to my new laptop using my corporate owned licenses. 

I know my serial number for Storyline 2. If I remember correctly, I need to Deactivate it from my current laptop and then reinstall on my new laptop and then add the serial number. Is that correct?

However, I have no idea what I need to do to transfer my Articulate360 license over. I don't see any kind of deactivate option and when I installed it, I was given a link by my system admin to access. Do I need to go to my system administrator to do the transfer as well or is this something I can do on my own?

Hi Kim, 

Both Storyline 2 and Articulate 360 can be installed and activated on up to two computers for one user. 

With Storyline 2, you're spot on that you'll need to deactivate and then install on your new computer. Once you do that, you can activate with your serial number. 

For Articulate 360, the subscription is connected to your Articulate ID. All you need to do is log out on the current computer, and then download the Articulate 360 desktop application on the new computer and log in again with your ID. The steps here will walk you through it.
