I tried the importing of the translation document and it crashes in the middle of the import. I redid in case I had changed something accidently,I did an export and without touching anything did an import and it still crashed.
Last week I had no problem doing this. All I did between was install a new version of Internet Explorer. I can't think of anything else.
Did you change the column header text on your Word document, by any chance? That could cause the translation to fail. Otherwise, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what's going on. Please submit a case, including your .story file, using this link so our support team can assist you further.
