I recently attempted to translate a course into Lithuanian and one scene, the assessment, keeps freezing after the translation has been imported. It freezes on random questions when it's supposed to go to the next question. It gets stuck at the loading icon, which never goes away. Is there any known solutions to this issue that I can try, or should I provide the storyline file so that someone can troubleshot it for me (if so, please advice me to where I should send it)?
Appreciate you stopping by the E-Learning Heroes community today! I'd love to help you in any way I can :) Can you provide a few more details for me?
What version of Storyline are you working on? If you're not sure where to find this, open Storyline, go to the Help tab on the ribbon and click About Articulate Storyline. From there, you can see your version details on the screen that appears.
Are you able to reproduce this? In another file? In another published environment?
Also, if you're comfortable attaching the file here, I'd be happy to test it out. I can also escalate it to the proper channel if needed for you!
Thanks for your reply. I'm using v3.43.22859.0. I have tried to import the translation again, but the issue remains. It shows up both in the preview and the published version, no matter in what format I publish it. It only happens with this assessment, all the others work fine.
Nice to meet you here in the community - appreciate you stopping by and offering these tips!
Sherry,
Curious to know if Phil's suggestions resolved this for you? If you're still having the issue, you could submit a case with the support team if you haven't already.

Often a text formatting issue with hidden characters, try previewing each slide.
The other thing you can do is remove the results slide and recreate.
