Translation upload in word will not work

I can't promise this will be a fix, but a few things you can try. (If you've been doing this a while you probably have already tried these. )

-Close other programs that may be running on your computer while you're doing the import. 

-Turn off your spellcheck in word before you import. 

-Try changing all the necessary settings before importing, such as language settings and text direction in the player.

A few more thoughts:

• Be sure to work on a local C: drive.
• Try importing the course into a new project file.

I appreciate you taking the time to reply.  I did try all your suggestions with no success unfortunately, however, Katie's suggestions below worked!

Hi Katie, I might have spoken too soon! The import translation worked but when I've launched the file to review, it has only picked a small amount of the translated text and not everything - probably 10% as translated.

Have you had this occur before?

Thank you for letting us know! I am sorry that you are running into this snag here. 

To make sure I am on the same page, importing the translation file worked; however, when publishing the course to Review 360, not all of the text appeared? If that is the case, may I ask if you could share your course for further troubleshooting?
