Transparent Radio Button

Sep 16, 2020

Hi E-Learning Heroes Community,

I'm updating a previously developed project, and I'm noticing the radio buttons for quiz slides are showing up as transparent when the project is viewed despite appearing black on the slide view. I've looked at the options available under Radio Styles but don't see a clear solution.  Can anyone provide any guidance on why this buttons are displaying transparent? Please see the attached images.

I'm using version 3.43.22859.0

Thanks in advance!

Hi Brad,

Thanks for taking the time to share this with us. Let's dig in!

By default, radio buttons have five states: Normal, Hover, Down, Disabled, and Selected. Could there be something in the Selected state causing this?

If you're comfortable with sharing the .story file, I'm happy to take a thorough look at the properties to offer more tailored support. Simply use this upload link to share it privately.

Hi Kate,

Apologies for the slow response, and thank you very much for being willing to take a look.

So this overall project was an imported PowerPoint presentation, and I've placed a few of the Knowledge Check slides in question into a separate file (attached via the upload link). This course was created by a designer who is no longer with the company, so I'm not sure on some of the exact details.

My goal is just to have the selected button display as black rather than transparent.

I really hope this isn't an obvious solution that I've missed. Please let me know if there's any additional information that would be helpful.

Thanks so much!

Best regards,

Brad Glenn
