Trigger issue

Hello,

I'm trying to set a trigger to show a layer when all of the pictures are in a visited state.  I can't get it to work.  However, the same trigger will work if I want it to change the state rather than show a layer.

Any ideas what I could do differently to make this work?

I want to show a layer so an animation will occur once everything on the the slide has been visited.
