I have a object on my slide for the learner when they click on the object to go to the previous slide. When I review it, it does not work. When I check in my timeline my object appears, however when I look at the trigger the object does not appear is not available as an option of the triggers. I am busy trying the Storyline 360 trial
See attached image. Is this what you are referring to? You are trying to add a trigger on an object on the stage to go to the previous slide, but the action for jump to previous slide is not showing up for you in the trigger when you try to add it to the object?
If I am understanding you correctly, you need the trigger to appear in the Object Triggers panel shown in my capture on the right. If so, you need to add it by clicking the Create a New Trigger button in the triggers panel, and then set that trigger to the previous slide and your rectangle. See capture.
You have to preview all the slides that you intend to visit. You can do this by previewing the entire project, the entire scene, or selected slides (if you have selected all the ones you need to see.)

Hi there
Yes, Jeff thank you.
However, if I use your example. Rectangle 1 shows in my timeline at the bottom. However it does not show on my Object Triggers on the left.

Hi Jeff, yes thanks.
However the object does not appear as a item on the list. So without the object I cannot add the trigger?
Hi, I am seeing an error message in Preview Mode when I click the back button and the next button. How can I fix this? See attached.
