Trigger state change based on activity in the menu May 18, 2023 By John Stanik Is anyone aware of a way to change the state of an on-screen object (hidden to normal) when a user clicks on a menu item (the glossary, notes, resources or even opening the menu if it's collapsed)?

While we don't have the ability to have this functionality in the menu communicate directly in Storyline triggers, I'd like to share a workaround! If I'm understanding your request correctly, I believe you could achieve this or something similar by creating a custom menu in your project. Here's a video that goes into detail on how to accomplish this. I'm curious to see if other community members have tried this before and are willing to share their discoveries! Please let us know if you have any follow-up questions. Have a great weekend!
