I know of no way to do that. However, there are some very creative ways to build your own menus, typically using Master Slides. Glossary and Resources can be easily built on lightbox slides, layers on master slides, etc., and triggered in whatever way you'd like. In short, you can recreate the functionality of those items but not trigger them outside of the player, as far as I know. If someone else knows a way to do that, I'd love to learn!
