It doesn't work even to jump to this slide. Most of us jump to a blank slide that jumps to this slide when the timeline starts. Be sure this slide is set to initial state on revisit.
I'm going to try the following: Create a slide layer named "Base2" or something. Move everything in the base layer to Base2. Base layer just "shows" Base2. Then any other layer could do the same. Seems like this would emulate restarting the media from T=0.
Let me know if you see a problem with this approach.
