Trigger to start Quiz

Hey,
I hope someone has some ideas that can help me out. I am working with Articulate 2.
Currently I try to get some triggers working to start a quiz, but it is not working. In the preview the module stopes at the starting page of our quiz. If you click on the "start" button to start the quiz nothing is happening.
The button has the trigger to jump to the next slide which is the questionbank for the quiz. Nothing is happening.
In previous modules it works fine and I did everything like before.
Does someone has an idea what I do wrong?

Is there a way you could share the .story file with us, so that we can see the interaction you are describing?

Is the timeline restricted and the timeline is long?
The timeline on the slide is 12 sec and there is no restriction.
is it possible that is is realted to the general settings of the file or the player? We did a module with the same structure, same buttons, same triggers and that works totally fine.
Instead of jump to next slide can you make it specifically jump to the question bank, loo check the question bank has questions in it
We tried that as well as you can see in the picture.

I'd look into choosing the actual slide vs. saying next slide to ensure it goes directly to the slide you'd like. If you're still having difficulty we'll want to take a look at the .story file and you can attach it here using the "add attachment" button.
