Triggers (checking, added capability) - can we add triggers anywhere in the list yet (SL2) - Always added to bottom

On a major project.  Been adding triggers like crazy, but many need to be in a specific order as you know.  It takes hours to click and click and click to move them to top of the list.  

Is there a way (yet) to add them to the top of the list when I insert them, and or add them where ever I need them in the list of triggers? If so, how?

Using SL2.  Does any version do this?
