We have recently started to work with Storyline and are experiencing some problems when adding triggers to our project. While adding a trigger for return (to jump to the next slide) our triggers for left and right arrow on the keyboard stops working. We have tried to put the triggers in the master and/or in the slides put in doesn´t make any difference where they are. Any advice on the subject?

Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline. Also, could you please ensure that you are utilizing the most recent SL2 Update? Info on the latest update can be found here.
If issues persist, you are welcome to share your file so we can take a closer look for you. Please use the ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left corner of the reply box in the thread, and you can browse for the file from there. Please also note that if you reply via email, your attachment will not appear here in the thread.
You may find that key-press triggers you've assigned to a slide don't work if you click the slide in your Flash output before invoking the key-press triggers.

You may find that key-press triggers you've assigned to a slide don't work if you click the slide in your Flash output before invoking the key-press triggers.
This issue was fixed in Update 7 for Articulate Storyline 2. Install the latest version of Storyline 2 to take advantage of the new features and fixes, then republish your course.
