I keep getting this message (attached) when I try to import a powerpoint into storyline. After I click "ok", I am in storyline but nothing has been imported. I have reviewed "things to consider when importing powerpoint" but don't really see where the problem is. Any thoughts?
Sorry to hear about the error message you're receiving. First off, I'd want to confirm that you're working with local project files as described here. Next, although this error message is a bit different I'd suggest checking into those Powerpoint elements.
Also, does this happen with any Powerpoint import into Storyline? If so, I'd also suggest going through the repair of Storyline, after checking into the above items.
