I'm using Articulate on Parallels on a Mac, and have spent a year not having any trouble logging in. I've tried a few times now to login and I'm getting the following:

The Sign In button should redirect you to the website to complete the process. It sounds like this may not be happening for you. Are you able to sign in directly to 360.articulate.com?
