Trouble playing video and audio in Review 360

Hi everyone, my client was reviewing a course in Review 360;  said course was built in Storyline 360. One problem is that a video, embedded from a Vimeo account, doesn´t play automatically even though is programmed to do so: the user must click the play button in the navigation bar (screenshot 1); the problem occurs in Review 360, because it doesn´t happen in ScormCloud.

My client also says that from a certain slide (screenshot 2), he cannot hear any audio. Again, the problem occurs only in Review, but in ScormCloud the course works fine.

Any clue of what is happening?

Review 360 as some (known) restrictions - Vimeo autoplay is one of them

  • Review 360 uses iframes to integrate the course and it's a cross domain environnement
  • 360.articulate.com/review/content/ ...

  • the iframe parameters to allow some features in cross domain environnement are missing
